As the school year came to an end, it was with great sadness that we had to say goodbye to such a pivotal figure at St Francis Xavier. Mr Simmons has been a supportive and influential part of our school, to both children and staff alike, as well as having a fantastic rapport with our parents and parish community. Mr Simmons has dedicated many years, in many different roles, to helping St Francis grow as a school, and helping children grow as individuals. During this last year, as our Acting Head teacher, he has helped nurture and guide our school through amazing achievements. We wish him all the very best in his future endeavours and would like to take this opportunity to express how grateful we truly are. Mr Simmons, you will be sorely missed, but we hope you will come back and visit us soon.
