T: To tell a story from memory

In this lesson, we will memorise our story 'Baba Yaga' by hearing the story, mapping the story, stepping the story and speaking the story.

Reading

Today you are going to complete a reading comprehension.  Read the text 'Tibble Goes Missing' and answer the questions.  You do not need to print out the answer sheet.  You can write the answers on a piece of paper.

T: To explore the churches' seasons

Read the powerpoint which explores the liturgical seasons in the Catholic Church. Then colour in the blank liturgical cycle using the correct colours for each season. 

Science

T: To investigate which materials are waterproof.

In this lesson, we will be learning about waterproof materials. We will test a variety of household materials and compare how absorbent each of them is. You will need a piece of paper and a pencil to complete today’s lesson. For our experiment, if you would like to take part, you will need: twigs or a piece of wood, a plastic bag or cup, a glass cup, cardboard or paper, and a pair of socks or piece of fabric. If you do not have these materials, you can watch the lesson and record your observations of the experiment.
